Dunes plus Bay Sunset
The other night after walking out the break wall, I headed into the dunes to catch some more moon rise photos. It was a calm night on Sable Lake.
And on Lake Superior...
The moon was definitely brighter than normal.
Here are a few after sunset photos from the south side of Grand Marais bay taken last night.
Here is another beach video taken a few days ago.
When traveling, have seen the skyblue pink sky in motel room pictures and always thought the sky coloring had been altered or touched up - I didn't believe that color sky existed - thought it was fake and really didn't like it. UNTIL, I experienced seeing the skyblue pink sky on Lake Superior myself - either at Grand Marais or Paradise. I now know, the scenes are for real and much more beautiful in person - a sight to behold.
