Flowers

Things were busy yesterday with the museum opening and other commitments so I didn't get a chance to hike. This morning, while setting out my straw bales, I took a few shot of my "domestic" flowers. It is a warm, sunny and beautiful day this morning in Grand Marais.

This first one -- the center of a tulip -- almost looks more like an insect.

Any guesses on this one? It is a rhubarb flower stalk.
