Hiking the mile into the cabin we rented -- Union River Cabin.
The river was around 100 feet from our cabin...
Thanks to Helen for planning, purchasing, and making most of the food. Dinner the first night included salad, shrimp scampi, fresh green beans with toasted almonds, and rice. We cooked right on the wood stove!
