When times get busy, as they have been lately, Lois and I get exercise by going up and down Sable Falls steps. Right now we are doing it three times, hoping to advance to more soon. After a winter of mostly cross country skiing, we have to now get into elevation change. Here are a few photos I took on recent hikes, including one of our Sable Falls steps exercise sessions.
