Yesterday we had the best cross country ski outing of the season. Temperatures were in mid 20s and winds were mild so the conditions were perfect. It was a great glide! We parked in the new parking lot past the bridge in the Burt Township School Forest and doubled back to the south side of the bridge where we intersected the Sucker River Trail. In total we did around four miles. It was a great ski!
