This set of pictures are for everyone, but especially for those Grand Marais faithfuls who wish they were here to enjoy this nice November weather. Shall we go down the steps to the beach?

This time of year the sun sets too far south to be out over Lake Superior, but it doesn't mean we don't have nice sunsets.
Here are a couple of shots I took while heading back to the steps.
When the winds are variable, the dune grass traces the circular wind pattern in the sand.
